Hi, I’m Tiffany Dougherty, Founder and Principal Consultant. At Streamline Strategies, LLC, I partner with founder-led B2B service businesses, typically with teams of under 20 employees, to strengthen their operational foundation so growth becomes sustainable.
With over 13 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic operations and customer success, I bring an end-to-end perspective on how service businesses function, from revenue generation to delivery and client experience. I’ve spent my career working alongside small business owners who have invested deeply in their companies and reached a point where growth starts to feel heavier instead of easier. That experience shapes how I approach operational design: practical, people-centered, and grounded in how work actually moves through an organization.
I specialize in fractional COO support and operations consulting for small B2B service companies. My focus is on clarifying decision ownership, strengthening cross-team coordination, documenting key workflows, improving prioritization, and reducing the operational bottlenecks that slow growth. Rather than taking over day-to-day operations, I help leaders build systems and decision guardrails their teams can trust.
